Project Management & Installation

 

From start to finish you will receive a dedicated Project Manager who will liaise with all teams to ensure every query, concern or snag is dealt with quickly and accurately.

Our in-house highly skilled and experienced fitting teams include SMSTS trained supervisors who are on site daily to oversee our installations and to ensure quick and efficient delivery of your project.

We only use our own labourers to ensure that all installations are carried out to the same high standards that we have in our factory. All of our workers – even our mastic applicators – work directly for Propak through our sister PAG specialist sealants to ensure every step of your project is carried out by one of our trusted employees.  This means we can control every step and give you absolute peace of mind with a hassle-free experience. High emphasis is always placed on quality, customer service and delivering exactly what our customers need and always exceed expectations, every time.

One of our number one priorities is ensuring all our staff and projects meet all health and safety regulations. We can guarantee this through our own bespoke online software that tracks all health and safety paperwork and provides project status reviews for immediate access by the client or whoever requires it.

In all, Propak can work with you from start to finish, delivering a robust and fully integrated architectural glazing solution.

Post Completion

 

Our dedicated post completion close-out Manager attends to defects and snags all relayed through our bespoke software which tracks progress and fixes any problems identified by both the main contractor, client and our project management team.

With a wealth of experience in installation our close out manager systematically closes out any issues to leave the project snag free so all other work can be carried out – our aim is always to give our clients peace of mind and a trouble-free experience when dealing with Propak. We have our own in-house glass polishers and site spraying team which allows us to be proactive in our approach to attending to any defects and items that require any attention. If for any reason a replacement needs to be made or the finish is not perfect we can quickly organise a replacement with our factory operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We hold large quantities of stock we can manufacture over night ready for installation the next day – meaning there is no hold up as we understand how important time scales are.

O&M manual are provided as a matter of course and can be efficiently produced from referencing the library of past projects – we always keep everything and as we are so highly accredited, we keep track of every process for every project meaning we can go back and replace the smallest of parts as we realise how crucial each part is to every project.
