Overview:

Propak designed, manufactured and installed fire rated curtain wall. 3.2m high panels installed with a 10 degree incline gave a unique. Internal 60/60 fire rated screens and partitions with reeded glass. We 3D modelled and coordinated the curtain wall design with the new steel work structure.

18-20 St John Street provides high quality, contemporary office space in a beautifully, and sympathetically, redeveloped former warehouse. Situated in the heart of London’s most exciting area, the building is surrounded by a fantastic array of local amenities and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the new Farringdon East Crossrail station. The existing buildings at No.18-20 St John Street were constructed in the late 19th Century. These plots have been continuously developed since the medieval period, and possibly earlier. The collection of buildings behind the facades has been sensitively refurbishment with a new linking floor plate inserted to give both additional space and a far better level of natural light into the depth of the office conversion.
